The jury found him guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration, first offense, and judgment was entered accordingly.Oltesvig argues that the trial court should not have allowed the results of his blood alcohol test into evidence because the State failed to demonstrate compliance with the implied consent law. We reject the argument and affirm the trial court.
